Amethyst

Amethyst is a purple variety of Quartz that has become one of the most popular and well-known crystals. Amethyst is a multidimensional stone that offers a range of energetic uses. Its protective bubble helps one maintain mental clarity and physical energy.

Fun Fact. In many ancient texts, Amethyst is regarded as a stone that when worn, allows the user to avoid intoxication. However, there is speculation that the reason this myth came about was due to a misidentification. Some believe that the Amethyst was actually Red Garnet. When this "Amethyst" was used as a serving glass, the clear water that was poured into it would turn red like wine (due to the reddish runoff). This liquid would create an illusion to others as though the consumer was drinking wine yet could avoid intoxication. 

Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is one of the most common varieties in the Quartz family.  Rose quartz is a stone of pure love. It assists in awakening the heart to its purest loving potential allowing one to find love for themselves and others.

Fun Fact. Ancient Egyptians believed the stone had powerful anti-aging properties, and women used crushed rose quartz in facial masks to preserve their complexions.

Moonstone

Moonstone, also known as Hecatolite, is a stone of self-discovery at the highest of levels. Our upper chakras become engaged when working with this stone and it helps one in the developmental process of pushing further into your consciousness.

Fun Fact. Both the Ancient Romans and Greeks believed moonstones were actual pieces of solidified moonlight. They thought the stone's glow changed with the phases of the moon.

Chocolate Calcite

Chocolate Calcite is a newer Calcite discovery from Pakistan. Chocolate Calcite resonates directly with your root chakra to help ground your physical and emotional bodies. 

Fun fact. When exposed to longwave ultraviolet (UV) light, the lighter, cream-colored bands of the stone fluoresce with a ghostly, bright white glow.

Pyrite

Pyrite, also known as Fool’s Gold is one of the strongest determination stones

Fun Fact. Famous French explorer Jacques Cartier once returned to Europe from Canada with an entire ship full of what he thought was gold and diamonds. It was just a massive load of pyrite and quartz.

Green Quartz/Prasiolite

The root and heart chakras become intertwined when holding or channeling the energies of Prasiolite 

green quartz is closely tied to the Heart Chakra and is used to foster compassion, love, and emotional balance

Quartz

Quartz has been used in almost every society and is highly regarded as a super-frequency stone. Quartz is the strongest enhancing stone in the mineral kingdom and helps reignite our true identity while showing us the path towards enlightenment.

Fun Fact.In the Irish language, quartz is known as Grianchloch. Ancient tribes used it extensively across Europe to build passage tombs, most notably the famous prehistoric monument at Newgrange

Smoky Quartz

Smoky Quartz helps one ground themselves to Earth, in addition to opening up the root chakra and solar plexus. It’s the perfect stone for people who constantly find themselves with a wandering mind and an inability to focus.

Fun Fact. Revered by Celtic Druids as a symbol of the dark power of earth gods, it is locally known as cairngorm

Moss Agate brings us closer to Mother Earth, with energies capable of helping us ground and pursue our most benevolent ideas.Moss Agate encourages self expression and a rebuilding of divine connection to nature that most of our childhoods were consumed with.

Fun Fact. While ancient civilizations (like the Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians) carved it into amulets and used it for crushed medicinal ointments, it exploded in popularity as a fashion statement during the 19th-century Victorian era
